Lemon Curd Vanilla Cake with Ganache. Phew that was a mouthful.
I made this cake for a friend’s bday. His bday was in May. Yea I know, I kinda late eh?
It consisted of three cake layers, filled with lemon curd and topped with a mix of dark and white chocolate ganache.
I’m drooling just thinking about it.
